HSSC does NOT operate its own rescue program.  We work DIRECTLY with Heart’s Promise Sheltie Rescue, headquartered in the New Castle PA area, which has an amazing and loving Sheltie foster network throughout the entire Pennsylvania area.  Two of our long-time HSSC members (named above) are on the board of directors of Heart’s Promise Sheltie Rescue!
